Has life thrown some extra challenges your way?
If your child has a diagnosis such as ADHD, ASD, CP, ID, GDD or trauma and anxiety, you’re probably going to need specialised sleep help.
Includes:
- 90-min phone consultation
- Personalised comprehensive assessment & plan emailed to you within 48 hours
- Extra support and resources as required
- 6 support calls (over 6 weeks)
- 4 emails (to be used within 6 months)

Our feel-good onboarding process
- Book a call so you can let me know what's going on for you, what your goals are and decide on the best way to work together
- Choose the level of support you need and complete the checkout process or get in touch for an invoice. Once completed, you’ll be sent an email to book your phone consultation
- Once your phone consultation is booked, you’ll need to complete your Sleep Form including as much detail as possible so we’ve got all the info before our consultation
- We’ll give you a call at the scheduled time and send through your personalised Sleep Plan within 24 hours (midi & maxi packages only)
- Your follow up support starts once you’ve received your Sleep Plan so let's keep in touch via WhatsApp

Is crying a normal part of creating change with sleep
Change and the journey to forming healthy habits can be hard for you and your little one. Crying is your bub’s way of responding to change (and the only way they can communicate while they’re finding their voice). We believe your bub needs to be supported through these changes in a way that aligns and feels good for you. At the same time, we’ll be there to support you while you practise your new skills.
When will we start seeing results?
Most clients see positive progress within 1 week. Some see results sooner and some may take a little longer depending on the approach we take while working together. You’ll be supported to reach your goals at your pace – our packages are designed for this.
What's the Sleep-Soundly Approach?
The Sleep Soundly approach is flexible and holistic first and foremost. There’s no one-size-fits-all program here. You’ll be educated on why sleep has been so difficult and then equipped with the tools you need to nail the fundamentals of sleep. We’re here for your family and follow your lead so you’re comfortable.
